When you enter the Worldly Aura × FemmeVoyage Giveaway, FemmeVoyage collects your entry details to administer the promotion, validate entries, contact winners, deliver prizes and meet our legal obligations. Marketing consent is entirely separate and optional — you may choose FemmeVoyage marketing, Worldly Aura marketing, both or neither, and your choice does not affect your entry or your eligibility to win.

Where you select the Worldly Aura marketing option, we disclose your name, email address, mobile number, state and recorded marketing preference to J & D Global Pty Ltd (ABN 20 681 599 520), trading as Worldly Aura. Worldly Aura may use those details only for the marketing purposes and communication channel disclosed beside the checkbox — product news, launch announcements, event invitations and exclusive offers, sent by email. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting Worldly Aura directly.

Separately, and regardless of marketing consent, winner information may be shared with Worldly Aura where it is reasonably necessary to verify a winner or deliver a prize. Entrants who do not opt in are not added to any Worldly Aura marketing list.

Giveaway terms

When you enter the Crowne Plaza × FemmeVoyage Giveaway, FemmeVoyage collects your name, email address and mobile number to administer the joint giveaway, validate entries, contact the winner and keep a record of the terms and consent you submitted.

Relevant giveaway information may be shared with Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood for the administration and verification of the promotion. Where you provide marketing consent, your relevant contact details and consent record may also be provided to Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood for its own marketing, and FemmeVoyage may use your details for FemmeVoyage marketing.

The marketing consent checkbox is optional and can be unticked before you submit your entry. Entering the giveaway does not by itself constitute marketing consent, and you can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us.
