How FemmeVoyage Began

It all started with one simple conversation.

FemmeVoyage wasn't created in a boardroom. It was born through friendship, shared values and a belief that success becomes more meaningful when we help others rise alongside us.

Each of us had built businesses in completely different industries. Yet despite our different journeys, we discovered we shared something much deeper.

Rather than competing, we chose to champion one another. As we watched our businesses grow through authentic relationships and mutual support, one question kept coming back to us.

"What if we created a space where every woman could experience this?"

That question became FemmeVoyage.

Hayley Harper

Purpose has always been at the centre of everything Hayley builds.

Growing up, Hayley watched her family open their home as respite and temporary foster carers for children in need. Those early experiences shaped her belief that creating opportunities for others is one of life's greatest privileges.

Years later, that same purpose led her to become a Primary Trustee of an orphanage in India, where she helped support women and children while contributing to initiatives that created sustainable opportunities for local communities.

Through the Pearls & Diamonds Trust, she was involved in developing training programs that empowered women without formal education to learn practical skills, earn an income and build brighter futures for themselves and their families.

While those experiences profoundly shaped her, Hayley always dreamed of creating meaningful impact closer to home. FemmeVoyage became that opportunity.

Today she is passionate about creating beautiful spaces where businesses grow, relationships flourish and communities are strengthened through connection, generosity and purpose.

A Sydney Harbour specialist with a decade across the luxury yachting industry, Amanda has spent her career connecting people with Australia's most sought-after vessels, events and unforgettable moments.

She understands that the setting shapes the conversation — that the right vessel, the right light on the water and the right room of people can turn an evening into something people carry with them for years.

From the harbour to the mountains, Amanda is driven by a quiet insistence on doing things properly: every detail considered, every guest cared for, every experience built to last.
